Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SODAMERCH. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Refund Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Orders placed cannot be cancelled. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All orders are usually shipped out every week, but most of the time sooner.


Each item will have a specific shipping policy displayed on the products page. Some items ship out within 2-3 business days, and some items ship between 3-5 business days. This is dependent on stock and whats on back order. Most items are pre-made, while some are made to order. We will personally discuss timelines for custom orders via email or telephone. Each item will have specific policies in the product info and you will be updated during this entire process!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but not often.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


If you receive an email saying that your order has been shipped but that it is in pre-shipment, that means we are still processing your order but have created a shipping label for you and that your order is secure.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

SODAMERCH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refunds, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages

SODAMERCH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


We offer Route protection at checkout, which is shipping insurance in case your package gets lost, damaged or misplaced in transit. The cost of the protection is around 1% of the cart total or less. If you opt not to choose protection, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you do opt for Route protection and need to file a claim, please contact Route directly at https://claims.route.com (https://claims.route.com/).


On the off chance your product arrives damaged, you can exchange your purchase up to 7 days after received. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any sizing questions can be answered via our Size Chart page or in the product description for most products.


If you need a product exchanged for a different size and we have the size you need in stock, we can exchange it for you within 5 business days. We will hold the new item in the new size for you and then when we receive the original item you’re exchanging, we will ship out the new item to you. If we don’t receive the original item from you within one full business week, we can not honor the exchange. 
Products that say FINAL SALE in the product description cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
